All of the guest rooms are spacious and have

  (an additional single bed can be accommodated in the usual 'twin' configuration for partner or child)

All our rooms also have a refrigerator and there is ample off road parking.

Prices quoted are inclusive of full English breakfast although a continental breakfast is also available.

Children

We accept up to two children sharing your room at an extra cost of £10.00 per child per night.

Booking

When making a reservation a deposit of £30.00 will be required which should be received within 5 days of initial booking. For group booking a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount will be required. The balance will then be payable on departure.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, 10 days notice is required or a charge will be raised on the first nights booking.

Smoking

For a pleasant environment and everyone's health and comfort residents are requested not to smoke. We also request that you make alternative arrangements for your pets whilst you are staying with us.

Payment

The balance will be payable on departure by cash or cheque with valid cheque guarantee card.
