Prices quoted are inclusive of full English breakfast although a continental breakfast is also available.
Children
Children are welcome at an additional charge of £10.00 per child per night.
Booking
When making a reservation of one room up to three nights, a deposit of £45.00 will be required. An increased deposit will be required for more than three nights.
All deposits should be received within 7 days of initial booking and should be payable to "Hill Farm House".
For bookings of more than one room a non refundable/ non transferable deposit of 50% of the total amount will be required.
The balance will be payable on departure by cash or cheque only. Please make cheques payable to "Hill Farm House".
All deposits paid are non-refundable & non-transferable.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, 10 days notice is required or a charge will be raised on the first nights booking in addition to any deposit paid.
Arrival & Departure
Rooms are available for occupation from 3.45pm until 6.30pm on day of arrival.
Prior arrangements can be made if this is not convenient.
We ask that rooms are vacated by 10.30 am on day of departure.
Smoking & Pets
For a pleasant environment and everyone's health and comfort residents are requested not to smoke. We also request that you make alternative arrangements for your pets whilst you are staying with us.
Payment
The balance will be payable on departure by cash or cheque with valid cheque guarantee card.
